A Journey to the Heart of Faith: The Artist's Personal Project.

This project is a reflection of my soul, an emotional and spiritual journey to the indigenous communities of Mexico. Thanks to Father Miguel Ángel Escoto's invitation, I had the privilege of visiting the Prelature of Jesús María, Nayar. Places like Santa Teresa, Nayarit, and Buenaventura, Durango, Mexico.

My experience in these communities was like a journey back in time. Walking through the streets, I felt a deep nostalgia, as if I were walking the streets of my hometown in my parents' time. I felt restless, with a sweet feeling of longing for what my eyes hadn't seen, but which my imagination could perceive.
Life in these communities is a contrast between the past and the present. Seeing how life is perceived then and now is a deeply satisfying experience. This feeling of nostalgia and connection to my roots pushed me to the limits of my emotions.
This project is a tribute to the cultural and spiritual richness of these communities. I want to capture the essence of their traditions, their legacy, and their deep connection with nature. The experience taught me that, despite change and time, the essence of our roots remains alive.
